Henry Dean Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us in the new condition that we sent it to you with the tags included, following the procedure below, and we will refund your money or process your desired exchange.

 

Please follow the procedure below.

 

There is a 60 day time limit on returns.

 

You must initiate a request for a return authorization within 60 days of your order ship date, and we must receive your return within 14 days of issuing you an RA# and shipping label.

 

International customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges for any and all returns and exchanges.

 

Items that are embroidered in any fashion are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

For your reference, our returns address is Henry Dean Brand, Attn: RETURNS, 6200 North Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33614. Please print a copy of the e-mail that we send back to you with your RA# and put it in the box with your return for faster processing.
